Three plans that differ in seats, invoices a month and modules. We quote, plus GST, when we speak. No card on file: we invoice you, and you pay us the way your clients pay you.
· No card on file
· Viewers never use a seat
· Quotations are never counted
Plans
Monthly or yearly, whichever suits your books.
Quoted in rupees, excluding GST.
Starter
A freelancer or a small shop: quotations, GST invoices, client links and UPI payments.
Everything shipped: purchases, banking, several GSTINs, several businesses under one login, the client portal and their brand on every document. Unlimited invoices, priced per contract.
Need more? Extra seats, and blocks of another 100 invoices a month, are added to your monthly bill, plus GST.
Allowances are soft: the portal warns as you approach your monthly invoice allowance, and never refuses an invoice without saying why.
No plan fits? A custom plan is built from the same price book, one capability at a time. Talk to sales.
No. 01CompareBy capability
Everything, side by side.
Grouped by what it is for. A cell marked Add-on works today: that plan doesn't bundle it, but it can be added to it.

Documents
GST invoices, numbering & payments
Tax invoices with legal numbering per financial year, CGST + SGST or IGST decided for you, and payments recorded against them.
Quotations with accept / decline links
Send a quotation; the client accepts or declines from a link; one click turns an accepted one into an invoice.
Client links — view, accept, pay without a login
Your client opens a signed link — no account, no password — to read, print, accept or pay.
UPI QR for the balance on every invoice
A scan-to-pay code for exactly what is still owed. The money goes straight to your account.
Send documents & reminders by email
Email the link from inside the product, and send a reminder when an invoice is due.
Recurring invoices
Raise the same invoice on a schedule — as a draft to check, issued, or issued and emailed to the client — so a retainer is never billed late.
Add-on
Credit notes
Correct or reverse an issued invoice with a numbered credit note — sales returns, post-sale discounts, corrections — applied to an invoice or refunded, and netted off in the GST and HSN summaries as CDNR / CDNUR.
Purchases: vendors, bills & expenses
The other half of the books: vendors with their GSTIN, purchase orders, your suppliers' bills with input-tax credit decided line by line, payments made, expenses and vendor credits — with an ITC summary and payables ageing for your accountant.
What your accountant asks for every month: the sales register for GSTR-1, GST by rate, HSN summary, outstanding and ageing.

Workspace
More than one business under one login
Run several businesses under one login — each with its own GSTIN, numbering, clients and reports — and switch between them from the top of the portal. Each business carries its own plan and its own bill. Set up by us: tell us the business and we raise it for you, rather than a button in the product.
—
White-label branding
Your brand on the portal and on every document link your clients open.
—
—
Client portal login
Your clients sign in to see every quotation and invoice you have sent them, accept quotations, pay by UPI and download their statement — no more "please resend that invoice".
Your bank, credit-card and cash accounts in the product: import the statement your bank gives you, with duplicate lines caught before they are created; match a deposit to the receipts it covers, or record a new payment straight from the line; categorise what is left; and reconcile the period to zero and lock it. No live bank feed — that needs an aggregator account nobody has signed.
—
Compliance
Several GSTINs / branches
Bill from each state you are registered in: every branch has its own GSTIN, address, invoice series and bank, and decides CGST + SGST or IGST.
Add-on
Add-on
Security and sign-in
Two-step sign-in
A six-digit code from an authenticator app after the password. Optional, per person; Owners and Admins can reset it.
IP allow-list
Owners and Admins limit sign-in to the workspace's own networks.
Single sign-on (SAML or OIDC) and SCIM
Single sign-on through your own identity provider over SAML or OIDC (for example Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace). Your company's email domains, proven by a DNS record, sign in through it. SCIM provisioning adds, switches off and removes people and syncs groups.

No. 02Coming later
Not sold today.
Known, and on no plan until it ships, so nothing you buy depends on it.
The GST features that are not built are listed on GST compliance.
No. 03Questions
About paying.
01Is GST included in what you quote?
No. We quote excluding GST, which is added on our invoice to you.
02What counts as a seat?
Each person on your team who can create or change documents. Viewers — typically your CA — are free and never use a seat.
03What if I issue more invoices than my plan includes?
Add a block of 100 invoices a month, or move up a plan. Quotations are never counted.
04Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Paying yearly costs less than twelve months of the monthly price; we'll tell you by how much when we quote you.
05How do I pay for Varynt Invoice?
We invoice you. There's no card on file and no self-serve checkout; you pay by bank transfer or UPI, like your own clients pay you.
06Can I run more than one business from one login?
Yes, on Business and Enterprise. Each business is its own workspace with its own GSTIN, its own invoice numbering, its own clients and its own reports, and you switch between them from the top of the portal without signing out. Each one carries its own plan and its own bill — they are separate subscriptions, not seats on one. We set it up: tell us the business and we raise it for you. There is no button in the product that adds one, deliberately, because a second workspace is a second bill.
07What does 'Add-on' mean in the table?
The capability is ready and works today; that plan just doesn't bundle it, and it can be added to that plan for a monthly price plus GST. Read it per cell rather than per row: the same capability is often an add-on on a smaller plan and simply included on a larger one, which is why the table answers it once for each plan. Ask us and we'll quote the ones you want.
