Payments

Money goesstraight to you.

There is no payment gateway, on purpose. The invoice carries your UPI ID, a QR for exactly the balance, and your bank details. Your client pays you directly; you record the payment against the invoice.

No. 01How it works

Issued to paid, in three.

  1. 01

    The QR is printed

On the issued invoice and on its link, for exactly what is still owed. Your bank account and IFSC sit beside it.

  2. 02

    They pay you

By scanning it, or by transfer. The money reaches your account, not a gateway's, with no fee taken from it.

  3. 03

    You record it

Against the invoice, in part or in full. The invoice reads Partial until the balance is nil, then Paid.

No. 02Why no gateway

The trade-off, said plainly.

  • No fee on every invoice

Nothing is skimmed from what your client pays, and there is no settlement wait.

  • No second company holding your money

No gateway account, no second KYC, nothing that can freeze a payout.

  • Nothing calls back

Because no gateway is involved, nothing tells the product a payment arrived. Recording one takes a minute; the bank import can do it from the statement line.

  • Part payments

Record as many as arrive. The QR always asks for what is still owed.

No. 03The payments ledger

One page for everything that moved.

Receipts from clients, payments made to vendors, refunds on credit notes and the bank lines you categorised, in one run with a running balance and the documents each one settles.

  • Filter by account, type, party, mode and period
  • The running balance accumulates over everything the filters match, not over the page you are on
  • Show only what no bank line has been matched to yet

The balance accumulates over everything the filters match, oldest first — not over the page you happen to be on, which is the figure nobody notices is wrong at the bottom of page two.

No. 05Questions

Asked before buying.

01Can my clients pay by card?

Not through the product. There is no gateway, so there is no card checkout. They pay you by UPI or bank transfer, to the details printed on the invoice.

02Does it collect or hold money?

No. Varynt Invoice does not collect, hold or move money. Payments you record are your own records.

03Can I send a payment reminder?

Yes, by email, for an issued invoice with a balance outstanding. You send it; nothing goes out on its own.
