Claimable plus not-claimable plus blocked equals the tax on the bill, so the ITC summary reconciles against the purchase register instead of being a second opinion.

No. 01How it works

Order to paid, the buying way.

  1. 01

    Purchase order

Numbered in your own series. It converts in full or in part; a second bill picks up what is left.

  2. 02

    The bill

Its number is the vendor's, and the same number twice from one vendor is refused while you type it.

  3. 03

    Input tax credit

Decided per line: claimable, not claimable, or blocked under section 17(5).

  4. 04

    Pay it

Against one bill or several. Vendor credits are applied or refunded.

No. 02The tax on what you buy

Input credit, per line.

  • Your state from the branch

The branch the bill was received at decides your state, so the same supplier is CGST + SGST at one branch and IGST at another.

  • Reverse charge

Shown apart. The tax is yours to pay and yours to claim, and the vendor is owed less than the bill says.

  • Expenses without a vendor

The air ticket or the out-of-state fee that arrives with a receipt and no supplier record still records where it came from, so its IGST lands in the right column.

  • Vendor refunds

Money a vendor sends back is recorded and explained, in the ledger and on the bank side.

No. 03What your CA reads

Four more reports, same shape.

The purchase register, an ITC summary, payables ageing and expenses by category sit beside the sales reports, take the same period and export the same way.

  • Claimable plus not claimable plus blocked equals the tax on your bills
  • Reverse-charge tax shown apart, never netted against a credit
  • Payables ageing has no period: a debt is as old as it is today

Purchase register

Every bill by bill date, with the supply type, the tax split and what is still owed.

ITC summary

By rate, and by what may be claimed: claimable, not claimable, blocked. Reverse charge shown apart.

Payables ageing

Not due, 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ days, per vendor, opening to the bills behind it.

Expenses by category

What was spent on what, with the claimable tax beside it.

Ageing has no period — a debt is as old as it is today

No. 05Questions

Asked before buying.

01Can I attach a photo of the bill?

Not yet. There is no file storage in this product, so a bill is what you entered rather than a scan of the paper.

02Does it reconcile against GSTR-2B?

No. That means pulling data from the government portal, which is an integration. Your CA gets the purchase register and ITC summary of everything you entered.

03Can I import my vendors?

Yes, from a CSV, with a preview that says which rows will be created, which are duplicates and which cannot be imported.
